As a photographer, I strive to provide high-quality services, but certain limitations and circumstances exist beyond my control. Therefore, I provide the following disclaimers: Liability: I am not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the photoshoot, including physical injuries to clients or third parties, or damages to property, regardless of whether these incidents arise from my instructions. Uncontrollable Circumstances: I am not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, traffic delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. A 'force majeure' clause is in effect, meaning I am not liable for non-performance or delays due to events beyond my control, such as illness or emergencies. Photo Quality: I make no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality and outcome of photos. Photo quality may be affected by weather, lighting, or other external circumstances. I retain the right to determine the extent of editing, and additional editing services will incur extra fees. Errors and Omissions: While I will correct major editing mistakes, I am not responsible for minor errors or omissions in the photos, such as slight variations in saturation. No Guarantee of Results: I cannot guarantee specific shots, or overall results. File Type, Size, and Transfer: Photos will be provided in JPG format, transferred via Website. I am not obligated to provide alternative file types, sizes, or transfer methods. Preparation Policy: Clients are responsible for ensuring the home is photo-ready. I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, without liability, if the property is not prepared at the time of the shoot.
