Uncontrollable Circumstances: I am not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, traffic delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. A 'force majeure' clause is in effect, meaning I am not liable for non-performance or delays due to events beyond my control, such as illness or emergencies. Photo Quality: I make no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality and outcome of photos. Photo quality may be affected by factors such as weather, lighting, venue restrictions, or other external circumstances. I retain the right to determine the extent of editing, and additional editing services will incur extra fees. Errors and Omissions: While I will correct major editing mistakes, I am not responsible for minor errors or omissions in the photos, such as slight variations in saturation. No Guarantee of Results: I cannot guarantee specific shots, reactions, or overall results, especially in unpredictable situations involving children, animals, or multiple subjects. File Type, Size, and Transfer: Photos will be provided in JPG format, transferred via Website. Clients are responsible for having the necessary hardware and software. I am not obligated to provide alternative file types, sizes, or transfer methods. Location/Venue: I am not responsible for issues arising from venue or location restrictions, including access, equipment limitations, public interference, cancellations, or time/space constraints. Client-Provided Items: Clients are responsible for providing a photo ready home or any other necessary items. I am not liable for issues arising from these client-provided elements, and cancellations or reschedules due to such issues may incur compensation fees.
